• Normally we use DHL or UPS. Delivery takes between 1 to 3 business days to the US.

There are many materials that are commonly used in CNC machining, but some of the most common ones include:

1. Aluminum: Lightweight, strong, and easily machinable, aluminum is a popular choice for a variety of applications.

2. Steel: Steel is strong, durable, and can be machined to precise tolerances, making it ideal for a range of industrial applications.

3. Stainless Steel: This material is resistant to corrosion and can be machined to a high level of precision. It is often used in the food and medical industries.

4. Brass: This material has a high resistance to corrosion and can be easily machined to precise tolerances, making it ideal for applications in which electrical conductivity is required.

5. Copper: Copper is an excellent conductor of heat and electricity, and it is also easily machined. It is commonly used in the electrical industry.

6. Plastic: Plastic is a lightweight and versatile material that can be machined into a variety of shapes and sizes. It is often used in the manufacture of consumer goods.

7. Titanium: This material is lightweight, strong, and resistant to corrosion, making it ideal for applications in the aerospace and medical industries.

These materials are chosen for CNC machining based on the specific requirements of each application, such as the required strength, weight, and resistance to wear, corrosion, and temperature.

• The typical lead time for the completion of machined products, which encompasses quoting, manufacturing, and shipping, is about four weeks.  If you have a urgent need, we might be able to accommodate faster production, depending on the availability of necessary tools, gauges, and materials. Please feel free to ask us about expediting your order.

• Meeting high precision tolerances typically requires careful control of a number of factors, including the selection of the appropriate cutting tool, the use of advanced measuring and inspection equipment, and the implementation of sophisticated process control systems. In many cases, it may also be necessary to make multiple passes over the workpiece in order to achieve the desired precision, or to perform additional post-machining operations such as grinding or lapping to further refine the surface finish. For example, in some industries such as aerospace or medical device manufacturing, high precision tolerances might be in the range of plus or minus 0.005 inches (0.127 mm), or even less. In other applications, such as general machinery or consumer products, high precision tolerances might be in the range of plus or minus 0.01 inches (0.254 mm) or less.
